All warranty repairs will be coordinated through our web site.

Shipping costs are NOT covered by ORBOT.

A copy of all warranty claims will be emailed to
customerservice@orbotusa.com for quality assurance reporting.

Warranty term: The ORBOT Vibe machine is made with care and covered for one (1) year against manufacturing defects effective from date of original purchase from manufacturer for parts ONLY.

RETURN POLICY
