NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY POLICY
All warranty repairs will be coordinated through your local distributor.
Distributor will monitor warranty spare part stock levels and alert ORBOT of replenishment needs. Replenishment stock will be sent with the next machine order.
Warranty labor and shipping costs are not covered by ORBOT.
A copy of all warranty claims will be emailed to CustomerService@orbotusa.com for quality assurance reporting.
Warranty term: The ORBOT LiO machine is made with care and covered for one (1) year against manufacturing defects effective from date of original purchase from manufacturer for parts ONLY.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns
Only products purchased directly from Orbot USA or our authorized resellers are eligible for returns. If you have purchased our product from a third-party seller, please contact them directly for their return policy.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Authorization
Once your return request is received and approved, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not return any items without obtaining an RMA number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining insurance for the returned item, as Orbot USA will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
In the case of an exchange, we will send you the replacement item(s) as soon as the return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
