NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY POLICY

All warranty repairs will be coordinated through our web site.

Shipping costs are NOT covered by ORBOT.

A copy of all warranty claims will be emailed to
customerservice@orbotusa.com for quality assurance reporting.

Warranty term: The ORBOT LiFE machine is made with care and covered for one (1) year against manufacturing defects effective from date of original purchase from manufacturer for parts ONLY.

For further clarity, this warranty is void if the Battery…

1. …is operated continuously (charge or discharge) below or above specified

temperature range (as measured and logged by the Battery internal data logger).

2. …is operated at a temperature exceeding 30° C / 86° F over the life of the Battery.

(Measured & logged by the battery internal data logger)

3. …surpasses the average annual “Energy Throughput” threshold which indicates the

energy storage system is undersized. (Measured & logged by the battery internal data logger)

4. …is not operated in accordance with parameters set forth in the Operating Manual.

(Measured & logged by the battery internal data logger)

5. …is charged by a charge curve, charge algorithm, battery charger or other

unregulated charge source, that has NOT been approved by an ORBOT agent

set forth in the Operating Manual. (Measured & logged by the battery internal data logger)

6. …is subjected to excess vibration caused by out of balance or improperly operated

floor burnishing machine pads (Measured & logged by the battery internal data logger)

7. …data logger is destroyed or altered.

8. …manufacturing date codes, safety certification numbers or serial tracking

numbers are destroyed or altered.

9. is disassembled, altered or repaired by someone other than an authorized

ORBOT agent.

10. …is damaged during shipping or installation.

11. …is not installed in conjunction with adequate balance of system components.

12. …is directly connected to a DC motor without the proper safety protection of a

motor controller or external motor voltage clamping system.

13. …is altered so that the BMS is bypassed.

14. …is not properly protected from inrush current.

15. …is subjected to terminal burn out.

16. …is not registered with an ORBOT agent at the time of commissioning which

could delay or prevent the notification and required installation of firmware that

updates the functionality of a single battery or multiple batteries in a system.

17. …when requested, data logs are not provided in support of a warranty claim.

RETURN POLICY

At ORBOT USA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return policy. Eligibility for Returns

Only products purchased directly from Orbot USA or our authorized resellers are eligible for returns. If you have purchased our product from a third-party seller, please contact them directly for their return policy.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Authorization

Once your return request is received and approved, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed.

Please do not return any items without obtaining an RMA number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining insurance for the returned item, as Orbot USA will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

In the case of an exchange, we will send you the replacement item(s) as soon as the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items
