SuperZorb Care Instructions
IMPORTANT: Pre-wash your Soil Extraction Pads before initial use. Machine wash with regular detergent and hang to dry.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: After cleaning, store used pads in an air tight plastic bag until you are able to wash them. Run pre-soak cycle with water, detergent and approximately 16oz. of bleach. Hang to dry. Do not place in dryer.
TIP: Soaking used pads in water and carpet cleaning detergent while at the job site will help to release soil and stop evaporation from bonding dirt into the pad.
* SuperZorb pads can be used on average up to 100 washings; 30,000 sq.ft (2800m2) on carpet and 500-800 sq.ft (45-75m2) on hard surfaces.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Authorization
Once your return request is received and approved, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed.
Please do not return any items without obtaining an RMA number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining insurance for the returned item, as Orbot USA will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
In the case of an exchange, we will send you the replacement item(s) as soon as the return is processed.
